Beefcake for Kerry! Anyone that knows her will tell you how much she enjoys a nice steak, and rare! This cake was chocolate with vanilla buttercream, crushed oreos, and strawberry 'blood'...minus the ecoli.

Since I started decorating cakes I find myself viewing everyday objects in a different light and asking the question, "How can I make that out of cake and icing?". After countless grueling hours of sculpting I love to hear the words "That's a cake?!"...motivation to bake on!
